Music & Leadership Program

offers a variety of presentations carefully chosen to meet your corporate training objectives and to create outstanding performance: training programs, workshops, keynotes that enhance personal and organizational performance in the areas of: Leadership, Teamwork, Communication, Cross-cultural diversity, Motivation and Inspiration.

 

Presentations include:

1. Workshops and seminars – 1/2 Day to multi day training

• Workshops and seminars carefully chosen and tailored from the Music and Leadership Topics to meet your corporate objectives
• Interactive workshop for executives who take up an instrument and experience team building exercises, with emphasis on creativity, managing diversity, rotating leadership, discipline and freedom etc.
• Workshop live ''inside'' a music orchestra, quartet or other ensemble, where executives get valuable insight into how playing in a music ensemble resembles the world of business.

 

2. Individual Coaching

§ Coaching based on principles necessary in preparing a top level performing artist, leading to higher level of performance achievement. The special value of music is that learning, rehearsing, performance takes place at the same time so theory, immediate practice and implementation follow directly. As with top-level preparation and performance, adjustments and flexibility follow the coaching process.

 

3. Special event concert presentations

§ During the concert Bibi performs selected music pieces to illustrate how top level artists achieve technical mastery, prepare and achieve peak performances, deliver their presentations, reinvent themselves, communicate with the audience; wake up the passion. These presentations can be tailored to specific corporate events, dinners etc.

 

4. Keynote

§ As a new approach to the podium, by introducing music as a metaphor, Bibi will present a powerful and targeted speech on creative and inspirational leadership, teamwork, excellence in performance.
