The Leadership through Music seminar brings you an innovative and creative perspective on leadership. The seminar will introduce to the leadership techniques of great music conductors / leaders. You will learn how the conductor runs the orchestra, and what leadership skills he needs to possesses to transform an ordinary performance into extraordinary one. The seminar is designed for mid and top level managers and for all those who want to further their education and enhance their leadership skills.

As a special addition participants will take up a percussion instrument and experience team building exercises, with emphasis on rotating leadership, creativity, alternation between leading and supporting roles, discipline and freedom, building on each other's ideas etc.
Your Seminar leader Bibi Pelić studied violin in major musical centers of Europe: Vienna, Prague and Berlin. Her experience as a performing artist have made her realize that the principles of creating a work of art and the approach of a top level artist can be applied to our everyday personal and business environment. She conducts corporate training programs for leading companies as well as individual coaching for executives who wish to fine-tune their presentation skills.
